I've uploaded Smart Notebook files for interactive whiteboard, but now can't open or down them from my work laptop. Skydrive tells me the file can't be downloaded? Generally I just double click to open my files, when I do that, Skydrive says it can't be
downloaded, and I get a message saying it can't be opened. I have the same Notebook software on both my personal and work laptop. Everything else works just fine.
