Error: Sorry, Outlook wasn’t able to complete this request. | Network status. While opening Emails received from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I am not being able to open emails received from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which is the email ID of Income Tax department India. I have tried different browsers as well as different computers. 
I always get the error:    
                                  Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. | Network status. 

It is only happening with this particular email ID i.e. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. 

Even one of the emails from the same ID which I had opened earlier is not being opened now
