Hello, i've been having a few issues with my outlook emails , I've contacted the live support, the backend support team, but with no results on solving the issues.
First off i've been having login issues with one of my emails, i went through the process contacting a microsoft live support agent, who guided me through on what i should do to solve my issue, i contacted the backend support team by submitting help requests through the right forms, afterwards waiting a few hours for a response, here's what's been happening, I recieve the response from the backend support team "We have responded to your support request. Go to the Microsoft Support site to view our response and follow up on your request."   *followed by the link i am forwarded to* , but when i try to open the link , the message of "The email ********* is not allowed to view the incident", even tho this is the email i contacted them with and where i recieved the response, I have tried different computers, different browsers, cleared my browser caches etc etc all that, still no result, i simply can't view my own incident responses!  I've been dealing with this issue for 3 weeks now, i've contacted several different live support agents, i've submitted several help requests through the formal links but i still haven't gotten any help from anyone! I'm sorry if i'm a bit upset but i can't seem to find the help i need!

I really would like help from someone, i need access to my other outlook email ! Please help me out!
