I am noticing that some, not all, of my inbound emails are switching to plain text formatting vs. HTML.

Any idea why some would change and others do not? At first I thought this was the sender, but found it is definitely in Outlook as the same emails will appear fine on other devices.

I have checked all of my preferences. I have removed Microsoft pref files, and I have recently rebuilt my database (don't know if that has helped or not yet). Any ideas?

Since January 31 2013 I can't receive any inbound emails.
I've verified all the common diagnostic steps outlined below from many typical posts similar to my issue. However, none of the recommended diagnostics have resulted in receiving any further emails. Sending Email works without issue. Please advise - Thank You.
  • Check your Junk folder
  • Check your Blocked sender list
  • Add the email address to your Safe senders list
  • Check your Email Rules
  • Check your Junk Mail Settings
  • Check your Reply-to address
  • Forwarding, etc...
