Question about Outlook Express

Hello, a few days my hotmail account was hacked , all my contacts get an email from my account asking for money, I have this account for more than 10 years and never has any problem, I try to recovered at least 10 times. Following the steps provide by , but whith out luck,, always says not enought info to determinate the account is mine, aparently changes was made on my account , I really need it because I have a lot of documents stored on it, please help me, I try password recover by text to my phone, but never get the code,, and finally get an e mail from hotmail saying open a new account,, I have how to prove what this account is mine but the system won't recognize my info or was changed ,,, so please let me know how to contact the hotmail team by phone ,,,thanks.
