Ever since the recent outage my Hotmail account on my Iphone, Blackberry and Outlook does not work. Can somebody please help? the status says that everything is up and running. I have web outlook but no mobile
after1:00 am in new York and for two days can't properly access my hotmail on my ipone 4s. works fine on my pc. never had a problem in the past. tried uninstalling and reinstalling the account on my phone but doesn't help. and now on top of it my contacts
are missing hopefully not permanently. only a few old emails appear in my inbox and none in the sub folders. this is a terrible situation and needs to be fixed quickly. on top of it all it is very hard to get any information or update online from Microsoft! I think this problem is more widespread than I am reading-- are others experiencing this in the US and around the
world? Microsoft, please help and keep us informed!!!
About 3 months ago, I received an email from Microsoft to change my password, since then my Hotmail on my iphone 5 will ask me for my password at least twice a day. I enter the correct password and it fails until I open safari and login manually, that's the only way my Hotmail will authenticate. I have done everything possible to fix this problem. I have cleared my history, cookies and safari data, deleted the Hotmail account, re-added the account numerous times, changed my password about 10 times leaving out strange characters. I know it's not my iphone because I add my husbands Hotmail account and his account works. I don't have Hotmail added on anything other then my windows 8 laptop. I have logged out of Windows 8 and it still happens. I will place the password in settings and it will fail and error with unable to verify account information. I have tried adding Hotmail on my iphone by using Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Hotmail and Other with no success. I have deleted all my email, changed sync settings, etc. I have tried everything possible and now I'm convinced it's a problem with my Hotmail account somehow being locked. Please check my account.

My Hotmail has been deleted...I want to reactivate it, but Hotmail changed to outlook, and when I log in, it says the email doesn't exist. I havn't used my email for a year, and this happened after the outlook upgrade came, but i didn't change from hotmail.

Ok, this is what is happening: I forgot my password, and I tried to remember it and entered the wrong password so many times, I got locked out of my account. I also tried the "reset my password" option that Hotmail offers. BUT, I do not currently have
the original e-mail account addresses anymore that I originally entered into my "reset my password" page. So, I had to choose the alternate option to answer all the questions regarding my account. I tried this multiple times, but it never worked. I AM FRUSTRATED!
I pay $19.95 to have a Hotmail account and I get NO SUPPORT from them. Also, I am able to get into my Hotmail account on my computer at home b/c the cookies have kept my page and keeps me logged in. But, this won't last forever, and then I will really be
screwed. Can you please help me reset my password? THANK YOU!!!!

My Hotmail calendar was happily syncing onto my Blackberry Q10 calendar just fine until just a few days ago. Now there are no calendar entries on my blackberry although they appear on both my Outlook calendar and the Hotmail/outlook calendar on my computer.
I tried deleting the Hotmail account on my blackberry and adding it again but it keeps saying there is an error. When I click on the tab on the blackberry to choose which calendar should appear, it says there are none. Does anyone else have this problem and
does anyone else have a solution? I had been previously just using the Outlook calendar (not the website, the software) to sync with my old blackberry, but the service technician at Rogers told me to use the Hotmail cloud (which I know is now also called Outlook
just to be confusing). He set it up and it worked fine until a few days ago. I called Rogers and they said they didn't know why the calendar wasn't appearing on my blackberry so I am stuck.

Since hotmail become outlook all is wrong, many errors, this is not a small company, so before making changes you should be sure about all you are making. I can´t see my contact´s emails when I got an email......Can´t open it even in my mobile, it supossed
contact must be imported but they are not and this is making me wasting time.

After reading a number of threads about missing emails i would like to ask......i have emails dating back only to 18/7/2013..... great but i HAD emails dating back years on my hotmail.com account. i haven't changed any settings to my knowledge (limited
as it is). most of these old emails were important hence why i didn't delete them. if there is a way of recovering these undeleted emails i would be sincerely grateful.
this is my first time posting so if i am missing any detail i will respond.
