Emails sent from Hotmail are not getting to all recipients

A client is sending us an email from their Hotmail address (upgraded to Outlook.com) but it is not arriving. They are using Hotmail through their web browser on a Mac.

 

Their emails get sent with no errors and arrive in other inboxes (Hotmail, xtra.co.nz) but not our company inboxes (Outlook Server 2010).

 

We see no trace of these emails hitting our email gateway (MailMarshal).

 

Emails from other Hotmail accounts arrive in our company inbox fine (such as my hotmail address).

 

Do you know why this is happening ?

 

Do you know why there is no error or bounce back on the Hotmail side ?

i can search using the internet ok

 

this happened earlier in the year too

firmware verson 2.1- update 1

I  was using GMAIL as my main email address and Hotmail as a secondary email. I wasn't actively using my Hotmail address in recent times but  I did have the hotmail account over a number of years which mean A LOT of emails that I wanted to keep. When the Hotmail account auto merged with outlook  I lost ALL of my emails going back YEARS. I tried the deleted recovery email that you suggested and it didn't work. I can't understand how hundreds of emails would simply disappear into cyberspace. I have no reason to believe my account was hacked. It just doesn't make sense that they could not be merged across? Please help me.

Hotmail on iPhone 4S and iPad mini will not work.  I keep getting an error message "Cannot Get Mail.  The Connection to the Server Failed."  I have checked downrightnow.com and status.live and both now indicate all is working properly.  How can I get my email on my devices to work?  I am going on day 4 with no email and am getting quite frustrated.  Help would be much appreciated.

i cannot access my hotmail account from my iphone. this is the 4th day of this issue. Outlook (online) says that the problem is solved and that everything is normal but that is not accurate. 

Still not able to get my hotmail on my Kindle Fire HD since Thursday. When will this be fixed?

This happened the other day. There was a message from Outlook that they were experiencing technical difficulty.  When I went to log on, using Chrome as my browser, i was unable to login to my hotmail account. PLEASE HELP!
