unblock her account through filling a form and sending it to microsoft but the only reply I'm getting is that the information provided is not sufficient while I'm pretty sure of the info provided. I have no options left to unblock her email thats why I'm asking

Obviously NO ONE AT OUTLOCK IS LISTENING! I have had Hotmail for 14 years and it was incredibly efficient. Ever since the switch to "Outlook" e-mail and shortcuts have been major catastrophies. It wasn't broke so why did Outlook "fix" it.

I too, have had Hotmail for years, since about '03, and about 4 yrs ago, I started using WLM (Windows Live Mail) because it allowed me to have access to both my accounts, it's HERE, on my computer along with all my folders and calendar, there are NO ADS, to soak up processor and memory.
The two previous posts on this forum have been about WLM being broken since this last update. It will hang up trying to upload my folders, and while it is doing THAT, everything else moves at GLACIAL speeds. :(

I am using the latest version of Google Chrome but am having trouble with the folder functionality in the new Outlook (Hotmail).
We used to be able to Manage Folders as such and see everything in them and also move, delete, rename etc. I realise now that this is not the case and you can perform these tasks with right-clicks etc.
However, I miss the ability to be able to order your folders in any particular way. For instance, if you create a new folder directly under (sub folder) Inbox then regardless of the spelling it will sit at the top of the list. For instance: Folder Name
"Zimbra" will sit above folder named "Archive."
You cannot move the folder down below Archive without it being a sub folder. I find this incredibly annoying.
Will there be more functionality when it comes to folders or are we stuck with it being cumbersome and counter intuitive?

Hotmail on my PC is working fine. However, hotmail on MY iphone 4s is still not syncing properly. It only shows emails from the last 4 days. In the sent folder, it only shows the last two emails I have sent. I want my emails back on my phone. I have
deleted and added my account many times, but with no success.
I must be one of the minority that still has this problem.
MS, can you please help sort this out. That would be really appreciated.
