Mails sent from hotmail to a google apps acount aren’t coming in

Hello,

I've posted this in the Dutch section first but I didn't get a response so I'll try it in the English section.
One of your clients is using google apps for a few months now.
Everything is working okay  expect that we have allot of problems with mails sent from hotmail.
These mails are sent back to the sender without any error what so ever.

They only get (for example).

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
 
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
 
       *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I've opened about 5 calls with google over the last couple of months and sofar without any sollution at all.
During this call google stated that they can't find the error at their end as it's going wrong at outlook/hotmails ends.

I really hope someone can help me with this problem or if someone knows how to contact the outlook.com support.
Because I now get about 5 questions per day why people sending mails from hotmail are getting them back.

My e-mail *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not working. I can log on the account but i can't see my e-mails or access to my private mailbox. 
I need the information. How can i solve this problem?

LOST ALL EMAILS (contained important information!!)

Dear Officer,

I didn't log-in to this account for a long time. When Hotmail changed to Outlook, I lost all emails!!

I needed some travelling information for visa application that I can only get from those old emails from this account... however the account appears to have been reset - completely!! Please tell me how to recover the emails.

 I need the information very urgently : (

hotmail not opening

I do vision 2 learn on line course in Englandand in Sheffield computer cafe the hotmail has stopped opening. Loaded saved assessment said internal system error loading attachments but still hotmail does not open after repeated error messages about the system.   Please help me. The assessment I deleted one copy of and back of hotmail gets it as gossip but even tho it is on funny subject of mock up of mental ward nursing situation I have no reason they take me off hotmail, T Allott Barnsley Yorks England   hotmail *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Random Contacts are periodically deleted from Outlook since the upgrade from Hotmail

Hello,

Periodically I noticed that random contacts within my Outlook (used to be Hotmail) address book get wiped out.  Sometimes the Contact completely disappears, and other times the Contact is still in address book but all of the contact information is gone (email address, or if multiple email addresses, the primary email address I use is gone).   Yesterday, I notice 4 family members impacted and there could be more...  This time, all 4 still had their name in the Contacts, but (2 were missing their one and only email address and the other 2 were missing their two more primary email addresses leaving one email address I never use).  Confusing?  Yes.  Today, one that was verified to be there yesterday is gone.

The primary/home machine is a Mac using Safari and Chrome.  Safari remains logged in.  Work machine is PC running Chrome and I log out almost always. I have 4 "hotmail" email addresses synced to Samsung S4 but I am not losing anything on it.  I am only syncing contacts on the primary personal Hotmail address. I am also connected to the Outlook Exchange Server at work, but no issues there.

I have have checked the option to Restore Contacts and it says I have Zero to Restore.  I have never used the option to Clean Up contacts either.  Just simply send emails:(  

Any ideas?  I was hoping that this would resolve itself, but it does not seem like it will.  I have no idea how to troubleshoot this issue since the addresses impacted are random.

Company Email Hacked (Rouge Employee)

I owned a company in Scotland, and a rouge employee deleted all contacts and emails from clients, does anyone know if Hotmail offer a chargeable facility where they can restore in full my account.

 

The offence was reported to Central Scotland Police who simply refused to investigate further, which is typical of now renamed Police Scotland.

 

Please let me know ASAP if you know if I can call Hotmail or Email

Photos as email attachments

Does anybody have a honest, straight answer about why I can receive all the photos everyone sends but I am unable to send any out using my Hotmail via Outlook.com account, or SkyDrive or inline methods?

I have read all the threads and have all the current updates and all the bells and whistles (IE10, Windows 7, etc.).

Have tried every setting and trick mentioned.

What is really going on at Microsoft?

Multiple problems with Outlook.com. Help?

Usually there are road bumps to working with either Hotmail or Outlook.com, but now things are getting quite tricky.  Our company regularly prunes deleted and junk mail, and while we sometimes have problems with the Outlook.com account (sometimes it decides not to send anything out, giving us mailer demon messages instead, only to have actually sent the mail or working properly within an hour or so), right now we are experiencing some worse-than-usual mailer demon problems.

Suffice it to say, sending out e-mails with photographs gets us the failed to send mailer demon notes, and we are unable to send ANY e-mail to ourselves (to the same e-mail, that is).

We've cleared the caches, turned the computer off and let it rest, sent multiple tests to other e-mails (including to the troubled e-mail itself) and the issue has presented itself on two separate computers.  We've also delved into the settings, thinking something might have been changed, but it remains the same as before the troubles began.

Is this just a passing issue with Outlook.com/Hotmail, or is this a persistent  issue?
