Hi all,

I am trying to sort out a problem which is causing quite some hassle in the company.

Any emails sent from Hotmail to our domain are not being received; the sending user receives an email from the Hotmail postmaster stating "Delivery Status Notification (Failure) - Delivery to the following recipients failed."

We are not blocking any emails and all other domains can send emails to our domain just fine.

Can you please guide me as what this could be?

My skype account no longer recognizes the Hotmail account I operate from, i cant access account although my passwords are correct, I can sign into outlook.

There is no skype box in add to chats.

Why is this no longer functioning?

Hi, for quite some time now I have been getting email that has explicit sexual content.  I have requested from Hotmail that these messages be deleted by them.  I have set up rules, flagging and done everything I can find to do through the program itself.  I have grandchildren that access my computer and this is starting to make me really mad.  I have reported these emails to uce.gov and to Hotmail abuse and have had not one response from anyone.  I am about to go postal on this computer.  This is very unfair to be subjected to this content. I am sure it started from something I accessed, but what?  when? where? how do I find out.  I have unsubscribed and it makes things worse.  The flags and rules I set up do nothing to get rid of it. What am I doing wrong?  Do I need to just go to a different email program all together and forget Hotmail or outlook?  I am tired of spending hours trying to get rid of this stuff only to wake up next day to have even more in my mail.  Very frustrated.

I'm having the same problem, plus more.

I haven't received any e-mails since Sunday when Outlook took over my Hotmail account.

Also, all the e-mails that I did have in my Hotmail account (read and unread) are gone.

And the other problem I'm having is that I'm missing most of my folders from my Hotmail. Only 2 folders moved over with Outlook, and they are both empty.

We had a lot of important things in the folders that we had. I really need to get them back some how.

PLEASE HELP!!!!
