Hello, I had forgotten my password to my hotmail email address account and tried to get access today. I reset the password and when I go in to the account it does not have any of my folders, etc. It looks like a new account which is not what I want.
What am I to do now to get access to my original hotmail account? Please let me know when you have a moment. Thank you.
