Deleting My Hotmail Account

I am so frustrated its not funny. I have tried calling, e-mailing support, and nothing has been done to help. This outlook stuff is a joke. I just want to delete my hotmail account and it wont get past some stupid billing questions. I have a $0 balance but you cant do anything to delete the account. Please help me anyone that works at Microsoft or outlook or whatever this hotmail has gone to. It stinks.

I have had my hotmail account since 1998 and have used it almost always in outlook express first and then outlook. I had been using it for the past 5 years in outlook and for the past 3 years in outlool 2010 with no problems,

I had to format my laptop and reinstalled everything today including outlook 2010.

I have no problems conecting to all my other email accounts (including another hotmail account I created this year). But for my older account I can only see emails from 2008 and it does not update with any new emails.

As I said i have another hotmail account and it shows all new emails. what can it be?

About a year ago my hotmail account was blocked because someone apparently hacked it. I didn't really mind to take into care to fix it rather then try to get back through the questionnaire since my alternate email was deleted. My request was denied, although I didn't care since my account was only used so I could access Xbox Live. Today, I can't log onto my account on Xbox anymore since I have to do security proofs on it and log in with my email account for my Xbox live account(Which is the one that was blocked) I logged in on some of my friends and when it told them to log in for security proofs they could hit cancel and just go on Live but My account which is Mistah Fang was forced to do it. Kinda in a big pickle here and I would really appreciate to get back on Live and unblock my email so I can switch that email with this new one and stop having this problem since my money is being wasted right now since I can't even log on to live with my account.

My Account is basically a Hotmail account and is being used with Microsoft Outlook. From last 4 days it is not receiving any mail.

Alright .... so for about a week now, I've had a great deal of correspondence with microsoft support regarding a hotmail account that I'm now locked out of ...

The issue began with the termination of account linking .

I would access the currently locked account via other accounts it was linked with ....

I hadnt logged in directly to the locked account in numerous months, thus forgetting the password.

reset password would not work, as I had no idea what the security question response was, and the account validation form (that I keep being told to fill out over and over) does not work !

Can I not just have a password reset sent to one of my hotmail accounts that I CAN access, that was linked to the locked account just one week ago ????

It is absolutly IMPERATIVE that I access the locked account !!

None of this would have happened if account linking was terminated (or if it ever was an option in the first place)

Can I Mod PLEASE help me with this ....

I had a Hotmail account and set up the OUTLOOK.COM and imported all my Hotmail emails and contacts months ago. Now all of the sudden all of the emails and contacts are gone? How do I get them back? There is nothing in the deleted folder and only the Microsoft message from 10/12 to now.

I have set up my Windows Live Mail account on my new (Windows 8) computer. This was/is a Hotmail account but I gather it is now Outlook whether I like it or not! I seem to have lost four different task bars i.e. Home, Folders, View, Accounts. And where are the Storage Folders? To make matters worse this new system appears to only hold "Sent" mail for a couple of weeks.

Can I customise all of this and if so how? Please advise.
