My attempts to complete the Account Recovery questionnaire are getting nowhere as I have not been given answers to a couple of fundamental questions.

Just to prove there is no human in the mix could you please contact me via E mail and I will furnish you with my telephone number so that someone can speak to me and try to get this issue resolved

As I have explained before my Hotmail account has been blocked and I cannot reset my password as there are ambiguous questions on the Account recovery questionnaire..that should do the trick to trigger a standard cut and paste "moderator" response

Hello: I have one about 15 years old hotmail account that got blocked by microsoft recently for suspicious access. hotmail login page ended up having me submitting a form with multiple questions regarding:
- my account profile: But the problem is I don't even recall what I put in for those fields when i created the account years ago

- the form also asked for recent subject lines for four sent emails. I got the exact subject lines from my friends and provided CORRECTLY

then I got an automated reply with an issue number saying Microsoft reviewing it further. then they denied it and asked to resubmit the form. I tried it multiple times but unfortunately do not have any other "authentic" proof except sent email subjects which seems not enough for unblocking.

I am totally at a loss here, I really need to regain back my access since that account has just too many important emails. Would be a life saver if I could touch base with someone in Microsoft office and prove I am the original user.

hi, im blocked out of my own hotmail account since yesterday. I tried filling in your questionaire form BUT i entered the wrong alternate email. I did that thrice unknowingly and when i realized i've been entering the wrong alternate email, i can't submit anymore forms because it says to wait 24 hours. its been 24 hours now and its the same old message appearing.

my old alternate email has already been closed and i can't sign in anymore to get the security code. however, i managed to figure another way to get the link to reset my hotmail password by sending the link to another alternate email account. it was successful and i followed the steps BUT, the password is reset BUT i still have to submit the questionaire form but i can't send it again because it says to wait 24 hours. n its been 24 hours already since yesterday.

help. i really need this account as i've been using it for more than a decade.

how can i recover my hotmail account if i cant remember the info i used to creat it? the account is over 7 years old and the phone number we used is no longer in service. we got locked out bout a week ago. very important files and emails. a lot of our day to day accounts are based on this email address also. We tried filling out the online recovery form but we do not have enough info... please help!

I need urgent help in unblocking my hotmail account - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. it was blocked out of no reason few days ago, and similar to experience of GillSonit (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/signin/questioni-need-help-unblocking-my-account-but-am/a42267cb-24f0-4965-85ad-6626784fc7bf) I failed to recover the account with my answers. my Microsoft Account, 1213770115

This is very frustrating especially when i approached your online agents, being pushing around, submitting a ticket with promise but no response for so long. This account has been more than 10 years with me with very old question or personal info which i don't even remember. And the alternative mailbox provided is not correct. i must have my account back due to all my other member info is with this mailbox. Could someone provide real solution as i'm seeing many other pending similar cases on this forum as well? My friend also recently experienced an exact same issue and spent hours on it. it eventually got resolved by escalated to senior agent. i cannot believe this would happen to Microsoft who should have the best customer service. I sincerely hope someone can address this issue immediately.

A friend of mine has had her hotmail account blocked. She has filled out the form to unblock and recover but has had an email saying "Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership." How else can she prove that this is her account. Moderators please help!
