how do you stop it from attaching all emails

I write emails for a living.  I want to send email A:

Hi Joe

Want to buy my product.  Call me.

Steve

To Joe and then quickly send the same email to Jim:

Hi Jim

Want to buy my product.  Call me.

Steve

But if I forward the email I sent to Joe to Jim by forwarding Jim Joe's message and then changing superficial details, Jim gets Joe's message attached at the bottom of my email to him. 

This absolutely stupid and Gmail and other services don't do that.  No one wants to have this.  There is no easy way to change it and it actually looks like only Jim is getting the forwarded email.  But then I just got an email from Jim just now asking me why I sent the same email to Joe. 

I am switching back to Gmail
