About 3 weeks ago I changed my signing in e-mail address everything was fine for about a week then I stopped receiving NEW e-mails after 19th August, I have tried everything I could find on help services, my accounts are all set to send AND receive, however
even if they were not I have not been able edit those details either, every time I try to adjust my settings I receive a message stating "There seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment", this message has been coming up for 2 weeks now, I have reported
this message. I have all my messages prior to 19th August
This is so frustrating My family insist this is an excellant service but it is so difficult to get any help
