I deleted the message in my Outbox, later tried on my Live.com account and had the same issue. Deleted that one as well. Later I had success after breaking the file into smaller chunks.
The problem is that I keep getting the error. I thought that perhaps the file had left the "Front End" of Outlook and was stuck somewhere in Gemail, so I opened up Gmail directly through a browser, but the email was no where to be found.
So it appears I'm getting the message (every 2 to 3 minutes) though I've deleted the offending message. A post on the Google Website said a solution was to delete the Gmail Account in Outlook and put it back in again, but I'm not sure if that means I'll
lose my messages or not or what any other implications might be. It also claimed this was a bug (oops, sorry, Microsoft....an "undocumented feature") in Outlook 2011 for the Mac.
So, IS this the solution? And if so, what will the implications be if I delete the account and reinstall it?
And when will Microsoft and Google learn to play together?
