Does Hotmail Limit the Amount fo Blocked Senders You Have?

I "sweep" a ton of email everyday into "blocked senders".  My "blocked list" is not growing any larger in total numbers. Does Hotmail limit the number of "blocked" senders?  If so, how do they decide who is in and who out?
