I have just had my windows phone repaired by my network provider and it has been returned to me with all the data kept safe thanks to skydrive. However I cannot use any apps because I have not accepted the windows store terms of use which have to be accepted
in the family centre however my parent has forgotten his parent email and password for hotmail and therefore I cannot accept the store terms and conditions and therefore cannot download apps.
