I have forgotten my facebook account password and need to change it, an email will be sent to my Hotmail account. However I haven't used this email account for some time and have forgotten the password to this also. Every time I try and get some help,
I have to log in but I am being told my email address(Hotmail) is incorrect and I cannot go any further. I have checked the email address using facebook on my iphone and it is the same email address as I am trying to log into. I have had to set up a new
email address just to get help on this forum. Can anyone help and am I making sense?Why isn't there an option for me to contact MSN, If only for someone to check my email address is still active?
