Hi 

I have been tryng unsuccessfully to get my mother's account unlocked for her.  I originally posted to the community on the 14th August and it was escalated to an escalation agent on the 16th. 

Having successfully verified the details for the account 7 times over the past week, using my email as an alternate to my mother's.   On logging in using the new password the account remains locked.  The process is broken for her account - as I have told the escalation agent. 

The escalation agent has not  responded since 1425 on the 17th August to the private support request messages to resolve this issue.  Please can you update me to what is happening.  Very frustrated.  Please help to resolve this.
