Can’t reply or forward via safari on ipad

All of a sudden I keep getting an error message every time I try to reply or forward  a message. This is only happening when I use hotmail on my iPad via Safari. It worked fine for years before yesterday. Coincidentally I recently received a security info replacement message when I logged into hotmail. I hope that was not a virus or the cause of this however I don't think that is the case since my account works via other access points (different computer, app).

This is is what is says when I hit reply on a message.

Not receiving any emails

Hi there,

Can you please help?

I am not receiving any email messages. I have cleared and deleted most messages to ensure there is available space for new messages but still sender receive an error message stating the mail box is full.

I have gone to options, advanced, maintenance, and clicked on clean up now.

Can you please help?

Hi, can you please help me.

My Windows Live Mail doesn't send my email, but I am able to receive emails.

This is my Error message.

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. I haven't been able to send/receive email on my msn.com account since yesterday, 5.12.14.  This is the message I'm getting:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn  account.

I have read through the discussion threads for similar error message but it is sort of all beyond my expertise.  I'm tech-challenged so really need someone to take me through step by step to resolve this issue.

Like all of the posts here I suddenly got this error message and am unable to send and receive my email from this account. The server information is the same for another account which works just fine. I have tried all of the suggestions here but they don't work. I also see that in most cases the support team intervenes. Can you help me? Thanks
