Microsoft account, Outlook.com, Sky Drive and they are correcting the problem

I cannot access my emails . Im recieving my exam results tomorrow. When i try to log in i receive this message 'We're having a problem accessing email. You might not be able to see all your email messages'. What am i supposed

I woke up to see this message. How long does it take to have this fixed? I have an appointment to be at around 1:00 today. It is currently 9:30. The problem is that the phone number and address are in the email. I need this fixed soon.
