Hotmail recovery

03. October 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: Account sign, email account
Yesterday I kept getting messages on my phone saying that my account sign in failed.  Then I received a message when I went to my email account and tried to sign in that someone was trying to access my account.  The account was locked and I was prompted to my security contact information.  The options were to have an access code sent to my phone or email.  I just moved a month ago and both the phone and email address have been disconnected.  So I clicked on the link that said click here if these options are unavailable (something to that effect).  I filled out the form and was sent an email that gave me an issue number.  Later last night I was sent another email saying the account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was verified to be mine and it said a separate email was also sent with a link to reset my password.  I never received another email.  So I don't have the link to reset my email.

Please send the link to reset my password.

Thanks

When I forward email it changes the format.  I called 1-800-532-4197 Ron Smith email support and he said my email account had been hacked and that computer would crash in 1 hour if I did not pay $99 to have him fix.????????

Locked out hotmail account trying to find an aswer by miscrosoft community and reseting pasword without solution to recover my email account

29. September 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: livemail · Tags: email account, Hotmail Account, microsoft

Hello everybody ! this is the last change to get my email account back. I have tried  so many ways to get into my Hotmail account *removed for privacy*  unfortunately one day Microsoft locked out my account under "security purposes" but to be honest Microsoft is getting me more problems and a big headache than the hacker. I have tried to reset my password. When I do it  it appears that I have tried so many times even when I only tried once. Also I answered the questions on the questioner such as my name, date of birth, security question that to be honest I don't remember because I opened this email account 9 or 10 years ago. We are a military family and we've moved so many time from countries, even when I got married I changed my name, so I don't know what name I put on that account. I hope you guys could understand my situation. I've  tried everything even I talked to Microsoft support by phone but they couldn't do anything. This is the last case number provided: L3  1218771212 and 102964996. If Microsoft wants to make sure that I am the owner of this account they can make some questions such as my contact names or emails even something that I remember. Also when Microsoft asks me to remember about my old email address (Yahoo) to send me a code. I noticed that that account has been deactivated  because I rarely used. So my question is.... Is there any way to recover my Hotmail account back???? this account is very important for me and it is so frustrating that been in Japan and calling to this company they couldn't do anything to help me. I hope you do.

Thank you and have a nice day!

Diana

How to set up an email on a galaxy s3

Hi

I need to configure the outlook account to my Samsung Galaxy S3 that can be synchronizing both ways.

The first time I configure it in the phone works great but for some reason the email account was deleted from my phone, so I set it up again.  Now I receive emails only if I push the bottom to sync.  I need it to be automatic like push.  The Hotmail account that I have on the phone works great, and I don’t use any apps I use the same settings in the email options on the phone.

How do I set it up correctly to work instantaneous?

Thanks

Outlook Import Existing Email Account unable to change password

Hi,

I recently setup an email account via domains.live.com

Domain: designtreestudiosf.com

I already had an existing email account: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

However, when I imported the email in, there was no option to setup a password associated with the imported email account.

Figuring that I could use the old password associated with that email account, I tried to access it via mail.live.com - it said I have an incorrect Microsoft password.

I tried to reset the password, but Microsoft was claiming that the account was not associated or something along those lines.

So I was hoping I could reset the password through domains.live.com but there is no option to do that either.

I'm not sure what to do now. Is there a way I could get reset the password somehow through the domains.live.com or edit it... something?

My email account was deactivated, and I can’t recover it. What should I do?

My email account was deactivated, and I can't reactivate it through the recover your Microsoft account page since I didn't send email through this account and I can't provide sufficient information to get verified! What should I do to get this account recovered?

I can’t recover my email account

Hi,

I forgot my password to a emailaccount i only used for Skype etc. When i tried to reset my password by filling out the new form i got several e-mails saying that i don't have enough information to recover it. I haven't logged onto that specific account in ages since i had all my accounts in one before you made sure we couldn't  do that anymore.

Is there any other way to recover my account? I really need it for Skype etc.

By the way, please don't send me to that form again, there has to be another way or someone i can talk to who can help me.?

Microsoft Email Account Closed

To whom it may concern,

After trying to access my email account, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, I was given a message that my account had been closed due to a violation of the terms of service. I have in no way whatsoever violated any terms. I believe my email account was hacked and had either sent out spam email or something to cause the apparent violation. This email account has very important information saved on it and I need to get it back. After trying to resolve this through Microsoft support, I was supposedly given an answer and yet I could not view it online. I called Microsoft support to speak to someone in-person, and after waiting for a long period of time was told that I had to go here to request support.

After having waited so long and after having gotten less than satisfactory support on this issue, I hope that this will be the last thing I must resort to to get my email address back.

As prompted, mobile number provided for email security when signing in. Receive security confirmation email & then receive separate message advising that account is set to be removed.

When logging in to email account mobile number was provided for email security when signing in, as prompted. Security confirmation email is received displaying mobile number & request to confirm. Then receive a separate email message within a few seconds advising that the account is set to be removed.  This is my daughter's email account potentially affected, which is used for her work & school & she cannot be without her email account. The confirmation emails were sent to my (her Mother) email account. I am the overall account holder & we each have our own individual & separate email account. I am tempted to "click here" in confirmation email to cancel as if request not made by my daughter. Does anything happen with her email account if she chooses to "click here" & effectively cancel the activity? Please explain why her email would be scheduled to be removed & what do I do so neither her email nor my email account are removed &/or affected.

Many thanks for your help & assistance.
