Has anyone else waited nineteen days or more to have an outlook.com email account reset at Microsoft? The problem is on their end. I can't figure this out.
I have had my hotmail account for several years and now all of the email is gone and the only email in my inbox is the 'Getting Started with Hotmail' email. What happened? Also, if I send email to that account as a test, it no longer comes through.
