How can I stop junk emails from getting into my account?

I keep getting email from drug companies and other sources that change their email address everyday by updating tha number before the @ sign in their email address. If I block the domain such as @hotmail.com, I will block everybody w/that domain. Some of them have numbers and letters in their domain also. Help-I amgetting more and more of this type of mail. thanks

How can I block disgusting and filthy emails when my Blocked Senders List is full of these addresses?

I am receiving on line dating services making disgusting suggestions to me - I am in my 70s and I find it confronting. I am also receiving continual advertisements from online drug companies, mainly Canadian ****, drying to sell me Viagra - I am female!! I receive emails from girls who have supposedly sent me suggestive photos of themselves. What can I do, please? Also, betting websites. Now there is no Phishing on the Mark As list, there is no where to go.
