my incoming mail is correct, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but when I send a message out it goes out as Jane Doe. How do I fix this to show my name, Dixie Mincks

We were recently changed from hotmail.com to windows live mail.  When it changed my outgoing mail showed my contacts that it was from Jane Doe.  I want to remove Jane Doe and change back to my name.
