How do I view the right most part of an email when it is larger than the display panel?

Hello.

 

I have modified my screen display in the "computer control" to be a bit larger and slid the left column

to be narrower and still can not view the entire email.  There is no slid bar at the bottom to slid right and left.

 

What can I do to view the whole email?
