I just recently purchased Windows 8, downloaded 8.1 and after more than 15 years with the same personal email address (at a different domain), I'm trying to switch over to Outlook.
However, I'm having dependability issues. Within the first few days of using it I have sent two emails that were never received, and failed to receive a reply that a sender emailed me.
I'm really wanting to widely disclose my new, outlook address and shift away from the other domain but these issues cause me some concern.
I read updates on junk filters and other matters, and that doesn't seem to be an issue.
Any help?
