Windows Live Mail, My Spam will not Delete, even after I Delete from Trash, goes back to Spam Box

I have always been able to Delete Spam then go to Trash and Delete it from there Permenantly.  Now after deleting from Trash it goes back to my Spam box???  Been happening for a few days.
