User Accounts on Windows Live Admin are not receiving E-mails

Dear Microsoft Community Team,

Greetings!

Recently I've signed up for two of my domains on Windows Live Admin.

Those domains have added successfully & also I've created User Accounts under the Domains. Now I can sign in to the e-mail accounts on Outllook.com

But the problem is that I'm not receiving any e-mail in both these domain's accounts, though sending e-mail is working fine.

Domains are:
1. www.jayganesh.in
2. www.kitchenet.in


Details of the domains:
1. www.kitchenet.in: This is the domain of Kitchenet, a commercial kitchen equipment manufacture & trader based in Kolkata, India.
2. www,jayganesh.in: This is the domain of Jay Ganesh Kitchen Equipment, they are also manufacture & trader of commercial kitchen equipment based in Kolkata, India.


Please look into the matter & inform me the solution earliest. As I need to use e-mail ids's on these domains.
