I've switched the e-mail for one of my domains over to Outlook.com. I've setup all my dns records as needed. Now when I go to add an account no matter what I do it doesn't accept any password I try and gives me a warning: Passwords must contain 6-16 characters,
and support only the following character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
I've tried this with my other domains on Outlook.com and can't create new accounts for them as well.
Hello Team,
I have setup my domain in windows custom domains to send and receive mail, My domain name is www.rishabhventures.com.
Note: i can able to send and receive mail from any domain like gmail, hotmail, yahoo or any other custom domain.
Problem : If i send mail from my own domain id to my own domain id's, non of them are able to receive mails, this works vice-verse.
Ex: suppose if *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy *** send a mail to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy *** then non of them will receive that mail.
Please help me out with this issue.
Regards

Hi,
I need to reset user password for a custom domain migoland.com. Would be great if somebody could enable that feature for the domain in question.
Thank you.
One of my clients' domain name has associates as part of the domain and Outlook.com won't let me add it as a custom domain because it thinks the first three letters of that is inappropriate. Is there really no way around this????
When I try to add the custom domain "thenotes.co" to my account to configure mail services, the system yells me: "this domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if
you feel this is not the case". The support link makes no sense, and I don't find any problem with the words in my domain.
Please, help me. Thank you.
Hi,
I need an option to reset passwords for my domain users. It looks like the option was not enable in the Windows Live Admin Center by default. I have 3 domains with email service hosted here: mimde.com, visa247.com.vn and kgvietnam.com
Please add the reset user's password option to all of above domains.
Thank you!
I'm using Outlook.com to manage mail for my BSA troop (custom domain).
I need to set up group aliases for such things as "committee", "finances", etc all "at" our domain.
I found wlalias, which would allow me to set up *individual* aliases (ie, sm and scoutmaster as the same account), but not multiples. And I can't set up multiple forwards, either. This is turning into a difficult problem!
Any help would be appreciated.

Using Outlook.com with a custom domain I am noticing that inbound email is delayed resulting in people emailing me receiving a delivery status notification:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.
Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.
The service status page, however, shows everything is operating normally. For Outlook.com is phone support availble to further diagnose the issue? I understand it is a free service, but I want to ensure the operations team is aware of the issue and what the expected time to repair is.
Hi I have configured Microsoft Admin Center to be my Company's Mail exchange domain but am facing some few challenges.
- I would like to know how I can Edit the details of the members accounts from the admin center administration panel, i.e the Name, the password, the e-mail address associated with the account.
- I would like to know how i can configure the log in part such that the members do not have to put the whole e-mail address as the username i.e to eliminate the @mydomain.com post-fix of the e-mail address.
- How do I create e-mail alias of a custom domain e-mail account for a custom domain account i.e an alias *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I would highly appreciate if I can get assistance for the above challenges.
Thanks
Hi,
I need the password reset option enabled for my user's account on my custom domain on the Windows Live Admin center. Some accounts on my domain are pass from users to users and I don't want to delete and recreate the same account each time.
domain name: www.purpleleague.com
Thank you.
