My domain is teamindus.in. I would like to be able to reset the passwords of the users in my domain since it happens sometimes that users forget their password.

I have a custom domain at domains.live.com.
I've noticed that both my wife's and dad's account on the custom domain is now prompting with the following below. I don't want to convert the primary address to a hotmail address. I want to keep the custom domain. If I delete the account in and create
a new one with the same name it works but I don't want to lose any emails nor calendar entries. I believe my wife tried signing into the Windows 8 store app with the custom domain as it's already a 'Microsoft' account. Please help.

I recieved the following error while trying to register a custom domain, wrestlingnigeria.com
