I'm an American retiree living in Costa Rica. I have a lawsuit vs. a corrupt attorney down here who has a hacker buddy who among other skills is able to falsify emails to make any email appear legitimate.  How can I show the "Costa Rica Bar Association" (who is arbitrating this case/this disagreement) that the emails submitted as paper documents in the "expediente" document for the casehave been falsified.  The whole batch have been created or altered and presented as though I sent them when I did not.  HELP!  Does Microsoft verify emails as legitimate for a fee? Thanks in advance, Jeff Lasher (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) or best email address to use: (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***).
My wife had her Outlook/Hotmail account locked while we were travelling in Costa Rica.  She tried twice to recover her account via the automated process using my Outlook/Hotmail account as reference; both of those attempts failed with Microsoft stating she didn't provide enough details.  I contacted @MicrosoftHelps on Twitter and they referenced me to a separate Support form, but that gave me an error saying that the primary name to create the support request didn't match which wasn't accurate.  So, I went back to the @MicrosoftHelps account on Twitter and they referenced me to this forum in hopes you could help.

So, can you help my wife (via me) get back into her locked Outlook/Hotmail account?  Please and thanks!
