I have attempted 3 times to reset my outlook e-mail and microsoft will not recognize me as me

I had a computer problem fixed by avg tech and in process lost my outlook e-mail acct.  I have tried 3 X to get it back.  The same thing happened when Hotmail changed to outlook.  How can I talk to a real person about this?
