Microsoft Picture It Publishing Platinum 2001  is the Editing tool been using for 10 yrs BUT now it don't work with 8.1

and from what I hear its still the best softwMicrosoft Picture It Publishing Platinum 2001  is the Editing toolare out there ?

Any one no of a software that is compatible with Microsoft Picture It Publishing Platinum 2001 it ??  Photos is my work and now I lost my tool box.
