My company account was hacked by an ex employee, now my emails are gone

One ex-employee was committing frauds on our company (was stealing from us), she was fired last Friday and yesterday she “hacked” unto our Hotmail account and deleted all emails, it was a contents between lost passwords and password changing that I don´t know if Microsoft closed and reopen the account but every email was lost, we manage to forward about 15 mails to a new Hotmail account which had evidence of some frauds, but she managed to delete everything, can we recover the all the emails???, in the next week our company is going to file a complaint with our lawyers, but we need to recover the mails!

Please help!

I have been forwarding my company emails from a pop account to show up in my personal hotmail account for the past 5 years. As of the middle of July 2013, I have never received any emails from that company account. Where are they and how can I recover them? I spoke with the company email service and they said that the log shows that they had all successfully been forwarded.

For a time I had emails that arrived to my outlook.com account forwarded to my company account. However, I've now disabled the option (as can be seen in the screenshot), but every email continues to be forwarded. I have no local rules set up in my installed version of Outlook 2013, so I'm not sure how this is still happening.

Any ideas?
