Question about Outlook Express

Hey Guys! Ighedosa here. I have a dilema. I made a common app account using ******@hotmail.com thinking *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was the same thing. When I tried to recover my account from thier site, nothing is sent to @outlook.com. I've tried to change my alias from @outlook.com to @hotmail.com, but it doesn't have the feature. The email associated with that common app is the same one I used for a scholarship. I have contacted the CommonApp organization, but they aren't helpful. I ask them to help me to change it and Ihaven;t gotten a reply in days. So, what do I do? Is there ad administrator that can help me change the alias that I have from @outlook.com to @hotmail.com? Aren't these the same? I logged in with the @outlook.com one, but when I tried the @hotmail.com it did not work.
