When I am ready to confirm the closure of my old account and have tried repeatedly to do so, but I keep getting the error message -
"We can't show you that page. Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes."
I have no billing set up and only ever used the hotmail facility.
I have my old email address and its unique ID number ready to give you.
Please can you assist and close my account.
