I accidentally pressed "close account" button within account setting are. It was incredibly easy to do. No warnings. After that I immediately asked for support. Client service support asks me to fill in endless support request forms and do not address the issue I have with my account. They keep saying my account does not exist in their system. Which is what I am already able to see. There must be a way to search for closed accounts. They also say that closed accounts data are saved for 365 days but they do not provide my with the means to access those, to unclosed my account.
Could anyone help with this issue?
