I was trying to change my backup email since I don't remember the information of the older one (actually, I'm not even sure if I've set it myself, or just been hacked), but even though I remember the password and have successfully logged in I cannot do it.
I open my account, go to the Security and Password options of my account but then it asks me to see the information emailed to the backup email in order to give me access to the backup email settings!
This is quite strange, since it destroys the possibility of me changing it in case I've forgot about my old backup email...
I'd really appreciate any help.
