help with CATPHA in windows live mail. Tried at least 100 times, can't tell Capital vs small letters and can no longer use email. The little sound device doesn't work. Is there anything else I can try?

help with CATPHA in windows live mail. after trying at least 100 times, I cannot decipher Capital vs small letters and can no longer use email
I am apparently unable to distinguish between capital and small letters in the CATPHA "puzzle". The little sound device doesn't work. I have spent hours on this and must have tried all the "puzzles". I have to solve it to regain access to Windows Live Mail. Is there anything else I can try?
