How do I import contacts into a category in Windows Live Mail contacts.

I have followed your instructions as outline in "If you need all the contact data for the members of a category..."

How do I now import those contacts (each category saved in a separate folder), back into a category in my Windows Live Mail contacts.  I can do some by creating a category and selecting contacts as "listed" in the category folder; but some of the categories contain upwards of 100 contacts.  That would take a while.

When I selected "Import / Business card .vcf" and selected one of my category folders created above, WLM just imported into "All Contacts" and did not give me an option to import into a category.
