I run a business and have recently had a website designed. There are forms that customers can fill out on the website that should be emailed to my outlook account. I had trouble initially receiving these emails as the filter detected them as junk. The
website designers made the emails "from" address the same as the email address. I still only occasionally get them. Customers tell me daily they fill them out and send them and get a message that they went. I rarely get them and when I do they are in my
junk box. I tried adding the email to safe list but it is not doing any good? What can I do???
