I am using the desktop Microsoft Live Mail application on Windows 8.  I have received an email that has a brown background.  I am trying to forward it to some people with my comments.  As I write, I am seeing black text on a brown background.  I know I am able to change the color of the text, but I would prefer to just get rid of the brown background.  I have no idea how this will look after it is forwarded.  Will the background stay brown?  I could make the text white or yellow on brown, but if it forwards as white, my comments will be illegible.  It would be great if I could just force the message to have a nice, white background and know that is how it will be delivered.  From my research, it does not appear that I can do this, but I sure wish I could.
