I am having trouble getting the Active View feature to work consistently with my Outlook.com account. I have the same issue using Chrome (latest verision) and IE 10 so I don't think it's a browser issue. The problem is sometimes the Active View works for
attached images (.jpg) to preview them in the browser and some times I just get the paperclip to download the file. For instance, I just received 4 separate emails from the same person with 1 jpg file attached to each email. Two of the emails worked fine and
the other two didn't. I can't figure out why it doesn't always work. When I change browsers I get the same problem with the same emails.
