what does ACSR mean?

Hey guys, just curious about this. I went through the process of recovering my account using account.live.com/acsr. All went well and I have it back now. I just wanna know what ACSR means on the link. It bugs me when I don't get the meaning of an acronym.

I've been on the phone with x box live to resolve the loop issue. I can't log into my account. Gamer tag Roachmierster, I filled out the ACSR, successfully got a response with a link, I changed my password, the first thing it asked me to do was to verify this at an old email address that is no longer active or fill out another ACSR form.

Save me from this F----d up digital looping nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  

I just wanna play  battlefield with my friends on Saturday nights like usual.
