Account settings window appears white

I went to make some changes to my account settings this morning but when I select Tools > Accounts... the settings window appears white. I let it sit for a few minutes and I can begin to see some information but I am unable to interact with this account window and have very limited interaction ability with the main inbox window. Restarting the app seems to be the only remedy so far but I am still unable to edit the account settings. I can replicate this problem every time I try it with the only difference being that sometimes the accounts window remains white, regardless of how long I wait.

I am totally lost now on my Windows Live Account...Changed Windows password...Apparently my account settings are not matching up...Working fine this morning until I sent a message. After it sent it asked me to re log in. The stored password did not work. So, I went to Windows and re set my windows password. I think it was only the Windows mail password...not the windows live mail password...But, that does not work on windows live mail either. So I tried entering it in my account property settings and may have changed a few things. Things I don't understand...

Hi all,

Recently, Windows Live Mail became stuck in some sort of of update loop with Hotmail's calendar, and I could not receive or send emails either. Frustrated, I checked Hotmail's account settings, and they did not show an advanced tab so I could check the pop3 settings. I deleted and then recreated the account, but Live Mail is not syncing with my custom-made online Hotmail folders like it did before.

My hotmail settings are below...

pop3.live.com (port 995)
smtp.live.com (port 25)

Both ports require secure connection (SSL)

Are these settings correct, or is there an automatic way to setup a Hotmail account in Live Mail so I can download messages from those custom folders?

I have an issue whereby when sending emails, I have windows 7 premium I installed and created hotmail with live essentials I think.

I have looked at account settings instead of seeing incoming and going ports with port numbers, instead all there is an url address which doesn't allow to manually input port settings. This has be going on for awhile 18 months or so, recipient are getting annoyed with me and blocking email address. I don't know whether I was downloading something or creating something, I have checked settings as mentioned while in live essentials for answers ref settings. Also when I have gone in direct via hotmail it still doesn't show ports and No just url. I created documents transferred all e-mails from live account and talktalk also gmail. Uninstalling live essentials and then reinstalling essentials send and receive emails still receive duplications still there, talktalk account is a pop account settings there gmail account is an imap settings. With having smart phone sending e-mails via live account still have duplicatings. But noticed live hotmail acoount setting s showed settings through imap incoming and outgoing ports with numbers. I assume that with live account on phone showing settings imap that possible that settings on pc might also be imap. Can someone suggest what to do to fix issue, could it be if I had incoming and outgoing setting ls for hotmail account might fix problem. Would appreciate any help regards brionypups

Hi I installed MS office Home 2011 in my Macbook pro, during Outlook account configuration I received some error about some patch missing in the Outlook server I was trying to connect. After that I am not able to configure the account, I do not have the "Account" option in Tools. Should I reinstall?.

Hello!
Not expert in MAC, need help in simple issue.

Have MacBoor Air with Intel Core i5 and 5 Gb RAM DDR3. Use MS Office 2011 for MAC 14.3.9. E-mail account configured to work with POP3. If I selected checkbox in Account settings in <Download only headers> than Outlook works OK, it sends and receives messages without any problems.
But this is not normal for me, often I' m work in offline mode without access to Internet. That' s why I prefer to download (receive) whole messages not only header.
To do it I need to leave empty heckbox in Account settings in <Download only headers>. But if I make this configuration I cannot receive messages, it always fails with error "Not Enough Memory", error code 108.
In Microsoft KB I found this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2535724/en but it not works

Would you kindly help me to fix this issue?

‘Outlook’ quit receiving or sending mail for no reason!

The SMTP server does not recognize any of the authentication methods supported by Outlook; shows error 17092.

All my Account settings are the same as they were before Outlook quit sending or receiving e-mails?

My internet provider 'Frontier' told me that everything is OK on their end. I also get this 5.7.1 Error.

My provider said the problem is in my 'Outlook' program.

My 'Mac Mail' program works fine using the same settings as Outlook.

Does anyone have an answer for this problem?

Accounts Settings window does is blank. Office 2011 Outlook

The account settings window in Office 2011 appears blank. The box appears but it is not showing anything other than its white box. This occurs when opening the settings pane by which ever method, either from the tools menu or from the context menu on the account folder in the main navigation pane. I have only just noticed this because I rarely need to change any account settings. Main Identity rebuild didn't solve the issue all updates have been applied. Any fixes for this behaviour?

Outlook 2012

Have had to change host for our domain (miketaylormortgages.co.uk), all has been transferred but outlook now wont let me into the account settings to amend to new host - it just keeps asking for the passwords for the old domain host.

Any help would be appreciated.
