Question about Outlook Express

hi guys it as been a while since I did make you work so her goes, one of my 3 desktop running WIN.7 X64 is having a e-mail account problem with dear old OUTLOOK , my wife use that one, the problem started in march 2013 she would be ask to resign about 50% of the time for identification purpose then in may it started to refuse her connection to her e-mail acc. finally it excaladed  to refresh your account info filling up those famous characters at least 50 times  by 6 different people plus searching for CODE  THAT WAS NEVER FOUND in my emails address , to this day she can not connect to her email acc. today around diner time I have try it again to get the following answer from dear old outlook [SIGN-IN WITH *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is blocked for one of these reasons wrong password entered to many times] got in touch with MS SUPPORT case number SRX12110001011D  they ask for more info. did a reply with what was ask for  that was on the 12/07/2013 I send them 3 or 4 more reply last one this afternoon and i'm  still waiting for an answer, there is no rush it only been 4 months give or take a few days that my wife can not use her email acc. any help is welcome thank you guys.UNCLESAM
