Verifying my account ownership was rejected.

Due to a security issue, Microsoft blocked my old hotmail account.  The secondary email account from which I can receive a reset password link doesn't exist any more (The service was over). So, I tried to verify my ownership of the old hotmail account many times by fillingout recovery request, but Microsoft rejected my request.

I talked to staff from Microsoft many times, and tried my best to get back my old account, but to no avail.

I have been looking for a job, and applied for many places throug this e-mail account. My future employer will contact through this email account.

So, I want to get my old email account back as soon as possible.

Unable to sign in/insufficient info

Hello, I've being trying to access my account for 2 days now with no results. apparently, someone managed to hack into it and even changed the alternate email address so I can't request a password reset and I can't remember the answer to my secret question so I obviously opted for the "alternate method" or however you want to call it in which you enter as much details as possible to request a password reset. Well, I did that and an automated response sent an email to the address I added saying:  "Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership.  Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and our commitment to protecting your personal information requires that we take the utmost care in ensuring that you are the account owner." etc etc
The problem with that is that I've entered as much info as I can recall. Including the subjects of some emails (sadly most of them are just FW or RE) And the only 2 addresses I write to from that email.
So, what else? What else do I need? I entered my name (obviously) my date of birth, Like I said I can't remember the answer to my secret question so that's of no help and my password is the only one I've ever had so there are no "last passwords used" with this account...

Also, let me say that having to OWN an active account to be able to post for help recovering my account is kinda counterproductive. It's a good thing I have this account-

Anyway, please, I need help ASAP as I honestly have no idea as to what else can I do to recover my account and I N-E-E-D a document attached to one of the emails in there.

Thanks in advance.

I can’t get into my email account

Hi,

I've been trying to get into my hotmail account for the last two weeks and I gave them all of the right information to prove that it is my account and I still can't get in. I've tried filling out the forms the best I can and have submitted them over and over again and I just get an email back saying " Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. " and it tells me to submit a new form. I've done that, I've tried resetting my password, I've tried the security questions and answered them correctly and it said it was incorrect. Why is it not working? I've had this account since 2001, what's going on?
