I have been contacted by an esclation agent throguh an email message!!

 and not through the community thread ,, is this a legit way of contacting me about my case ?


I asked for an account identification methods to prove my ownership for my hacked Hotmail account 

I received an email from - Gary   Microsoft Account Escalations
from this email address : 

Microsoft Escalations Support (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

under the title : 
  • SRX1215514573ID - WLID Escalation - Other‏

    he asked me these questions :

     State (if applicable):

    2.       ZIP or Postal Code:

    3.       The secret answer to your question:

    4.       Your alternate e-mail address:

    5.       Your IP address (List the IP addresses from each computer that you use to access your account. To determine your IP address, visithttp://www.whatismyip.com. The numbers that appear at the top of this Web page are your IP address.)

    10.   Subjects of any old mail that is in your Hotmail Inbox or mail folders:

     


    which I answered , on 9/8/2013  I received this email:

    I am sorry to inform you that we are unable to validate ownership of the x*** Email address is removed for privacy *** account based on the information that you have provided, so we have to close this ticket. Unless you can provide enough of the information that we asked for that matches the records that we have for this account, there is nothing more that we can do with regard to this account.

     

    We have reviewed all the information from this support request, and at this time it is our recommendation that you please create a new account.

    so I replied providing more info about my account ,, but since 9/11/2013 no reply from any escalation agents 

    can you please help me and update me about my case ?
